         4 db kis emelőmagasságú mozgólépcső (OK-RTHD) beszerzése és beüzemelése az M3-as metróvonal Árpád hídi megállójában. Engedélyezési és kiviteli tervek elkészítése, a tervezéshez szükséges geodéziai felmérések elvégzése, valamint a létesítési engedélyek beszerzése. Hatósági engedélyek - beleértve a használatbavételi engedélyeket is - beszerzése, valamint a beépített mozgólépcsők hatósági vizsgálatainak elvégeztetése.

         Ajánlatkérő a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdése alapján rögzíti, hogy az ajánlati felhívásban, a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban és a műszaki dokumentációban meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozás csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és a megnevezés alatt a „vagy azzal egyenértékű”-t kell érteni. Az egyenértékűség bizonyítása az ajánlattevő feladata az ajánlatban.
