         Budapest, a további helyszíneket a közbeszerzési dokumentumok részét képező műszaki leírás melléklete tartalmazza.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Kereskedelmi szerződés keretében, teljes ellátás alapú, 4 540 000 m3, azaz 157 901 200 MJ mennyiségű földgáz beszerzése 11 hónap, azaz 01.11.2018.-01.10.2019. közötti időszakra. Ajánlatkérő a megadott mennyiségtől + 50 %-kal különdíjmentesen eltérhet, a II.2.11) opcióra vonatkozó információk pontban megadottak szerint. Összesen 104 db fogyasztási hely, melyből 70 db 20 m3 alatti, 19 db 20-100 m3/h közötti, 15 db 100 m3/h feletti kapacitással vételeznek. A meghatározott mennyiségeket az MSZ 1648:2016 szabvány szerint 15oC és 101325 Pa referencia körülményeken kell értelmezni m3-ben (gnm3). A közbeszerzési dokumentumok részét képező szerződéstervezet 4.1. pontjában részletezettek szerint ajánlatkérő fenntartja magának a jogot, hogy a szerződéstervezet 4.1. pontjában foglalt szerződött mennyiségtől +50 %-ig terjedő többlet mennyiséget a Ptk. 6:225. § (1) bekezdése alapján egyoldalú nyilatkozattal megvásárolja a szerződéstervezet 5.1. pontjában meghatározott áron.
