         A keretmegállapodásos eljárás második szakaszában ajánlatkérő a Kbt. 105. § (2) bekezdés b) pontjában foglaltakkal összhangban a keretmegállapodásban rögzített objektív kritériumok alapján dönt arról, hogy közvetlen megrendeléssel vagy a verseny újranyitásával valósítja meg a konkrét közbeszerzést.

         Ajánlatkérő minden esetben indikatív ajánlatot kér valamennyi vállalkozótól, melyben az egységár és a teljesítési határidőre is tekintettel megajánlott munkamennyiség szorzataként adódó árat vizsgálja.
