        Az elmúlt évben megindított, hasonló tárgyú közbeszerzési eljárás becsült értéke nettó 90 738 686,- HUF volt, a szerződés végleges összértéke nettó 64 159 195,- HUF lett. Az idei évben felülvizsgálatra került a beszerzendő villamos energia mennyisége, és annak becsült értéke a Kbt. 17. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja alapján a hatályos szerződésben szereplő egységárak szerint nettó 61 884 930,- HUF-ban került meghatározásra. Fentiekre tekintettel Ajánlatkérő a Kbt. 113. § (1) bekezdése alapján összefoglaló tájékoztatással (43763-0/2016/001) induló közbeszerzési eljárást indított villamos energia beszerzés tárgyában 2017. november 27-én. A beérkezett ajánlatokban szereplő egységárak jóval meghaladták a korábbi évek ajánlati árait. A legkedvezőbb ajánlati árakkal számolva, a tényleges érték nettó 80 008 064,- HUF lenne. Így a közbeszerzési eljárás a Kbt. 75. § (2) bekezdés b) pontja alapján eredménytelen lett.
