        Általános gyermek- és ifjúsági balesetbiztosítási szerződés megkötése 2018-2019. évekre az általános gyermek- és ifjúsági baleset-biztosításról szóló 119/2003. (VIII.14.) Kormányrendelet rendelkezései szerint.

        A Kormányrendelet alapján, a baleset-biztosítási jogviszony az érintett biztosított tekintetében azon a napon jön létre, amelyen a biztosított a 3. életévét betölti, és azon a napon szűnik meg, amelyen az a 18. életévét betöltötte.

        A 2017/2018. tanévi köznevelés-statisztikai adatok szerint az óvodákban, ill. a nappali rendszerű általános iskolai, szakiskolai, gimnáziumi és szakközépiskolai oktatásban a gyermek- illetve tanulólétszám: 1 493 689 fő.
