         A központosított közbeszerzés keretén belül a verseny újranyitással induló keretmegállapodásos eljárás második része 2017. december 15-én eredménytelenül zárult, mivel egyetlen ajánlat sem érkezett, a jelenleg érvényben lévő szerződés pedig 2018. január 31-ig hatályos. Az eljárás tárgyában felsorolt licencek nélkül az Ajánlatkérő nem képes jogszerűen az informatikai rendszereit használni és ez a mindennapi működést veszélyeztetné. A rendelkezésre álló idő alatt nyílt eljárásban nem lehetséges szerződést kötni.
