         Megbízási szerződés, az Ajánlatkérő számára a 4.1-es verziójú Business Objects szoftver licencekhez kapcsolódóan szoftverkövetési szolgáltatások és SAP enterprise support biztosítása, továbbá a szoftverlicencek használati jogának, valamint a szoftvertermékek legfrissebb „javított, tovább-fejlesztett változatának” és a „javító készletek” (új szoftververziók, frissítések, service pack-ek) illetve a hozzájuk kapcsolódó dokumentáció biztosítása.

         A következő licencek gyártói szoftverkövetésének biztosítása a szerződéses időszakra.

         40 db SAP Business Objects BI Suite (user).

         8 db BA&T SAP Data Integrator (DI), Edge edition.
