         Negyedéves (3 havi) szolgáltatások:

         — Fix támogatási időszak HP XP24000 központi vállalati adattárolók üzemeltetésére 31.5.2018-ig: proaktív, megelőző jellegű karbantartási szolgáltatások; reaktív szolgáltatások, incidens és problémakezelés.

         — Opciós támogatási időszak: 1.6.2018. – 31.5.2019. között (4 negyedév).

         Eseti megrendelés alapján végzett szolgáltatások:

         — 1 alkalommal történő akkumulátor csere,

         — Opcionális eseti szolgáltatás a szerződéses időszak alatt 240 mérnökóra.
