        Az épület jelenlegi állapota: A földszint + 3 emeletes, 1939-ben épült hagyományos szerkezetű, lapostetős, külső vízelvezetésű kialakítású téglaépület eredeti tervek alapján 6 db irodát, 4 db tantermet, 21 db hálókörletet, 3 db klubhelyiséget, 23 db raktárt, 3 db műhelyt, 25 db szociális helyiséget foglal magába. Teljes hasznos alapterülete 3290 m2. Fűtése objektumon belüli távfűtéssel történik.

        Elkészítendő dokumentációk a II.1.4. pontban leírtak szerint.
